Refund and Returns Policy

At Gigasoft Computers, we are committed to providing exceptional computer repair services and digital solutions. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be provided.

1. Refunds for Computer Repair Services

By using any service provided by Gigasoft Computers, including but not limited to Computer Repair, Website Design, Custom PC Builds, Web Hosting, or SEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future updates.

We may offer a refund or partial refund if:

  • The repair could not be completed, and no solution was provided.

  • A billing error was made.

  • You cancel a service request before diagnostic or repair work begins.

30-Day Service Guarantee:

If the same issue returns within 30 days, we’ll re-check your system at no additional charge. If we determine the issue was not properly resolved, we may offer a fix or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Returns for Products and Hardware

If you purchase physical items (e.g., cables, accessories, components) directly from Gigasoft Computers, we accept returns on eligible in-stock items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Important:

➡️ Items that were special ordered specifically for you are non-refundable. These include parts or components we do not normally carry in stock. However, if there is a manufacturer defect, we will handle the replacement process under the manufacturer’s warranty at no charge to you.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or activated software

  • Custom PC builds after final approval

  • Items with physical damage or missing parts

  • Discounted clearance items

3. Refunds for Website Design, Hosting, and SEO Services

Because these are custom-built digital services, they are generally non-refundable once development or setup has begun. This includes:

  • Website builds (custom or template-based)

  • SEO services

  • Hosting setup and configuration

  • Domain purchases or renewals

Exceptions may include:

  • You cancel your project before development has started.

  • We are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen technical issues.

  • There was a billing mistake.

Maintenance or Monthly Subscriptions:

At Gigasoft Computers, all maintenance plans, hosting, or monthly service subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your selected plan).

  • All active subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • If canceled within that window, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
